iMESH

GFRP network

Description

Fiberglass mesh made by assembling iBAR. The reinforcing bar is made up of a multitude of continuous fibers, oriented in the direction of the load, bonded in a resin matrix.

The imesh assembly is made with metal or plastic ties, such as to guarantee the resistance of the mesh sheet and continuity at the joining points.

Advantages

- Corrosion resistant
- High tensile strength
- Lightweight

Applications

- Repair of corroded structures
- Reinforcement for shotcrete
- Temporary applications

iMESH 1P

Monolithic GFRP network

Description

Fiberglass mesh, unbound, but made monolithic by the interweaving of longitudinal bars. The interweaving of the rods is achieved through a manufacturing process developed by Maplad.

This guarantees the continuity of the mechanical properties, the perfect positioning of the rods and the solidity of the mesh.

Advantages
- No metal ligatures - High flexural strength
Applications
- Repair of corroded structures - Reinforcement for shotcrete - Temporary applications
