Two-component additive for filling
DESCRIPTION
It is a two-component cement injection system specifically formulated for consolidation work in tunnel excavations with TBMs.
The system consists of two components added to a standard cement-water mixture: RETARD 72, a high-molecular-weight polymer-based retarder and fluidifier designed to increase the workability of cement mortars or injection slurries for up to 72 hours after preparation.
SILICASIL TS/AC 32, a sodium silicate-based setting accelerator, specially formulated to accelerate the setting time of slurry used in TBM excavation.
